Prior to joining Arrow, he developed and implemented strategic and tactical direct marketing initiatives for Octave Communications, a leader in voice and data conferencing technology. Mike launched the Massachusetts office of Group Direct, a national advertising agency serving high technology, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing industries.
