Mike has more than 17 years of experience in direct marketing, with extensive knowledge in virtually all aspects of the industry including strategy development, creative implementation, list acquisition, print management, database management, direct mail processing and production, inventory management, postal regulations, estimating, and quality assurance. With a client service and business development background in both agency and production environments, Mike has a keen ability to see the big picture through the eyes of his clients, earning him a reputation as a true partner by doing whatever it takes to deliver for his clients. Honing his skills with commercial and not-for-profit clients, Mike's thoughtful approach, attention to detail, responsiveness, and even-keeled nature (not to mention his dry sense of humor) have set the foundation for his success in developing new business and maintaining successful long-term client relationships.

Prior to joining Arrow, Mike served similar roles with Protocol Marketing, Digitas, and Epsilon. He earned a business degree at UMass Amherst and an MBA from Suffolk University. Outside of work he is an avid golfer and also enjoys tennis, reading, and red wine.
