Filipe’s wide ranging expertise in computer hardware and software supports Arrow’s clients in a variety of ways. Some are with the setup and transmission of their plain text and HTML email campaigns, their fax blasts, providing guidance in the setting up of web landing pages to capture response data, and work on client databases as needed. On top of these contributions he is Arrow’s Systems Administrator. He has completed all the required courses for the Windows 2000 Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Novell NetWare 5 LAN Administration/CNE syllabi at the Clark University Computer Career Institute, (Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center), as well as training in Multi Platform PC/LAN Technical Support at the Computer Learning Center. When Filipe leaves the office at day’s end his interest in computers continues … he builds them as a hobby. Some of his other leisure interests are motor cycling, snow boarding, and bowling.
