Jan has been designing, organizing, and managing efficient direct mail production operations with Arrow Direct , Creative Professional Services, and Holland Mark Martin for over twenty five years. She manages all of Arrow’s production and warehousing, materials, employees, and processes. She is responsible for mail house plant and warehouse management covering all facets of production, staffing, and equipment maintenance in the areas of inkjet, laser print technologies, custom hand mail assembly, machine inserting, wafer sealing, metering, labeling, and bulk sorting. She sees to the smooth operation of all production and the scheduling of work and materials flow to ensure the best quality and timely delivery. She keeps up to date on U.S. Postal Service regulations and rates and acts as our primary link with USPS officials. Jan has augmented her considerable experience with seminars on Mail Room Management, Third Class Bulk Mail, Interpersonal Management Skills, Problem-Solving and Decision Making, Quality Training, and Excellence Training. Jan is a past member of the USPS Postal Customer Council.
