Jolanta has over fifteen years’ mail house production and client service experience. She has exceptional knowledge of all facets of the direct mail production process due to her initial background as a production manager before transitioning to client service. She manages clients’ projects through the entire production process, reviewing project details, trafficking all materials needed for client mailings including mailing lists and databases, mailing pieces and postage, interpreting and applying postage regulations, coordinating outside vendors such as printers, and keeping close contact with her clients on questions and project status. Her years in mail house plant management covering all facets of mail house production, staffing, and equipment maintenance enable her to bring great depth to her current role in client services, which she has filled for over five years. Jolanta has a Masters Degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic in Poland and her leisure interests are architecture, reading, gardening, and computers.
