If you experience functional problems with your hardware during this warranty period, please contact us with a description of the problem. We will first try to remedy the situation; in many cases, a simple solution can be found. If we determine that warranty service is required, we will issue an RMA number.
Please note: Per product descriptions, compatibility can be reasonably assured in most cases but can never be guaranteed; a product that is incompatible in a specific hardware/software environment is not therefore automatically "defective".
Once the warranty service is performed we will return your product (within the United States) at our expense. You are welcome to request a more expeditious service, though you will be billed for the difference in shipping costs.
Battery will be warrantied to hold a charge for 30 days after receipt.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and will be shipped to the address below.
